Writing an extensive review. I've been suffering from sciatica caused by an L4-L5 disc herniation for almost seven years. I've consulted countless orthopaedic doctors and physiotherapists, tried different treatments, gym strengthening, decompression exercises, and undergone multiple MRIs and X-rays. Most treatments offered only temporary relief, while surgery or months of therapy were often recommended. Most Physio would block 6-8 months of my calendar. I was mentlaly and finacially exhausted,ignoring the travelling exhaustion.
