I got my treatment done by Dr. Rashmi at FlexifyMe Kothrud.
Having consulted 4 to 5 physiotherapists prior to visiting Dr. Rashmi, I was yet to receive a clear diagnosis or a structured treatment plan for my back problems that had developed from prolonged sitting at work. None of my previous therapists were able to pinpoint the root cause or offer a path to meaningful recovery.
Dr. Rashmi's approach was a complete contrast. She accurately identified the problem, explained it clearly, and immediately began targeted treatment.What gave me assurance was the precision of her assessment. Every step of the treatment felt purposeful and well-informed.
Within just 3 sessions, my pain reduced from 8/10 to 3/10. As my recovery progressed, she also worked on building the strength and resilience of my back to a point where I was able to comfortably handle Pilates, something I would not have imagined at the start of my treatment.
Dr. Rashmi demonstrates an exceptional grasp of her field. Her focus is on treating conditions at their root cause, rather than offering temporary relief. I can't recommend Dr. Rashmi enough. She's exceptional at what she does.

I had a great experience with physiotherapy treatment at Flexify. The entire process was very professional and well-organized. The therapist DR.Snehal Meshram mam understood my problem and designed a proper treatment plan 20 days for me. The exercises provided were very effective and easy to follow, which helped improve my condition step by step. The use of advanced equipment like IFT therapy , Cupping therapy and decompression machine was very beneficial in reducing pain and speeding up recovery. My pain was totally relief after the all sessions.

I had a back pain since 2 months due to gap between L5 -S1 is narrowed.
When I took my tests at FlexifyMe got to know more about my Posture conditions.
They suggested me few sessions based on that analysis.
Dr. Snehal guided me and took the physiotherapy sessions like cupping, decompression and physical exercise. Dr. Snehal checks the condition and pain while doing excercise and according to her expertise exercise will be modified which is suitable for better cause.
After 3-4 sessions I felt a lot better and The pain is also significantly reduced.
