In the beginning, I had a lot of heaviness in my leg. I have gained confidence in movement now. Earlier, I had a lot of strain while doing movements, but now it has gotten much better. After taking all the sessions, I am feeling much lighter now. I have gained confidence that my legs have gotten much better and I have achieved better functional recovery. Dr. Snehal was my treating doctor; she guided me very well and slowly improved my range of exercise, starting from lighter weights and then moving to much heavier weights, which improved my strength and conditioning. I had a wonderful experience at FlexifyMe, Karve Nagar, Pune, for my neck pain. Since my work requires me to spend almost 10 to 12 hours a day in front of a laptop, I was experiencing significant neck pain and discomfort.
Dr. Parnavi initially consulted with me and carefully understood my condition. Dr. Gouri provided my treatment and guided me throughout the therapy. I underwent cupping therapy and decompression therapy using a decompression machine, which helped significantly reduce my neck pain. I was also given appropriate neck exercises and posture guidance, which were very helpful.
Both doctors are knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated that they first understood the exact nature and intensity of my pain and then planned the treatment accordingly. I thought of getting help from Flexifyme and consulted their doctor.
Dr. Parnavi understood my situation perfectly and suggested the course of treatment.
Dr. Sakshi helped me undergo all required exercises and treatment s like ivf, cupping and decompression. I found her quite dedicated, knowledgable and helpful. She used to ask me everyday about my progress and adjusted the exercises accordingly.
After ten days of treatment now I am feeling around 70 to 80 percent relieved from my pain.
As per the suggestions about exercises to be continued at home, posture and sitting positions, I am sure the pain would definitely remain under control.
