I visited FlexifyMe (Koregaon Park) with severe, acute lower back pain following a gym injury, which was at an agonizing 9/10. Over a 10-day treatment plan, the team here was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The best place for physiotherapy I ever found so far. I mean it as I have had physiotherapy from several other places. Every where they only treated the current problem that is my lower back, only this few exercises and the package is over. Here I have been treated by Dr. Shruti and I am telling you that my experience over 30 sessions was amazing. She actually understood my medical history and present postural issues and designed exercises accordingly. And starting day1 my experience and confidence went on increasing. I was at a mindset that I had started thinking that my problems were never be gone BUT the main issue is almost gone ad few others have shown great improvement. Dr Shruti is very patient with me as I sometimes couldn’t cooperate during some exercises, she never loses her cool and does the required adjustments. Very flexible. But at times she may scold you if you are not serious which is required To my observation, the entire staff here is very friendly. I had couple sessions with Dr. Ranjit too and have same experience. Rest of the staff too is vary caring towards their patients. Amit and Pratik actually attend you the first and by the time you complete your couple sessions, they are your friends. This is THE place for physiotherapy !

Highly recommend FlexifyMe! I came in suffering from an L4-L5 disc prolapse, and thanks to this clinic, I am now 100% pain-free after just 5 sessions. ​Dr. Aakansha was brilliant—she planned a perfect recovery route using daily IFT, one session of dry needling, and one spinal decompression session which completely resolved my slip disc. She also taught me great exercises to keep my muscles strong long-term. Dr. Ranjit was also incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been reasonably active however last October I experienced a spasm and severe catch in my shoulder. Dr Prabodh did the initial diagnosis and charted a line of treatment. I have had various treatment sessions under supervision of Dr Prabodh, Dr Takashila and Finally with Dr Isha. It was a fantastic recovery over a period. Flexifyme has a comprehensive approach to the problem and mixes it well with equipments, needling, manual adjustments and exercises.
