I had an wonderful experience with my Dr. Rutuja Jage. Her knowledge is superb.. She is very caring and friendly person. When I visited clinic I had severe back pain issue due to slip disc. I visited the clinic around 1.5 months ago, where Dr. Nisha Chaudhary consulted me and understood my condition in detail. After assessing my symptoms and condition, she explained that there could be a disc bulge issue and advised me to get an MRI. The MRI confirmed the same. What I really appreciated was the way Dr. Nisha explained everything to me very clearly what exactly was happening, what we needed to work on, which muscles needed more attention, what exercises I should and shouldn’t do, and what precautions I needed to take in my daily activities. She made sure I understood my condition instead of just treating the pain. I started physiotherapy under her guidance, and after completing around 30 sessions, I can genuinely say that I feel a huge difference. I have almost no pain now, my morning stiffness has completely gone, and sitting has become much more comfortable than before. I have been regularly doing the exercises she recommended, and they have made a noticeable difference in my recovery. One of the biggest milestones for me was that after a long time, I was able to run 3 km nonstop without any pain. It honestly felt great to be able to do that again. What makes the experience even better is that Dr. Nisha has been very supportive and patient throughout the process. She genuinely focuses on recovery and not just temporary pain relief. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Nisha Chaudhary for her guidance, support and care throughout my recovery journey. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain or similar issues. I had sciatica pain and lower back pain . I took treatment from Dr. Nancy . She gave multiple therapies including spinal decompression, cupping, IFT , dry needling that really effectively reduced my pain. Then she taught me different muscle strengthening exercises which were really effective. I can't thank enough to her since she is very polite , sweet, caring and understanding . She listened to my problems in every session and accordingly gave me correct therapies. Dr. Manasvi is highly recommended. I had neck and back issues and after 10 sessions with her, they have improved significantly. I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Dr Animesh Jain has transformed my mobility and stability within one month of daily exercises. He is very impressive in the depth of his professional knowledge and ability. In addition he is firm but extremely polite and patient. I am 87 years old. I have tried 2 other physiotherapists but neither of them were a match to Dr Jain. Therefore I am very grateful to Dr Jain for dramatically improving my health and well being.
