By doctors adviced for surgery.. had decided to go for physiotherapy..searched near by best physiotherapy centre..n finally decided to go Flexifyme ,kharadi..they suggested me for 24 sessions.. firstly I said I'll go for 12 sessions, Initial days I had pain in shoulder and thumb numbness n tingling..I had attended by Dr.Nisha Chaudhary..she listen problem..from beginning she suggested n tryed to cure my pain issues through decompression, needling and exercises trained by her...at 12th sessions I was feeling better 60% better..pain was minimum..then I had decided to for next 12 sessions again..and now at the last session I am 95% percent feeling better pain n numbness goes away..thanks to Dr.Nisha Chaudhary n flexify me.
