The sessions with Mughdesh have been really helpful, and I can definitely see a noticeable improvement in my recovery.
One suggestion I would like to share is that, considering the workload, it would be better if one physiotherapist could be assigned from the beginning. Having three different physiotherapists during my 10 sessions was a little challenging, and having the same physiotherapist throughout would have provided better continuity and made the sessions even more effective.
