I recently started my physiotherapy sessions at Flexify for my knee stiffness and cracking sounds. I was a little concerned initially, but the experience has been really positive so far.
A special thanks to Dr. Sharvani for her patience, care, and the way she handles each session. She explains everything clearly and makes sure the exercises are done correctly rather than simply rushing through the session.
The sessions have been comfortable and are gradually helping me improve my knee movement and strength. I can already feel a positive difference, and I’m happy that I decided to start physiotherapy.
