I've been taking treatment at Flexify Me, Rajouri Garden for my back pain under Dr. Ritika, and it's honestly been a great experience. I'm still in the middle of my treatment, but the results have been really encouraging. One suggestion would be to provide a little more individual attention during exercise sessions. At times, the doctors had to attend multiple patients, so it was difficult to get enough supervision to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. More one-on-one attention would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m happy with the progress and the care I’ve received.
