I was having difficulty in getting up and sitting and there was tingling and numbness in my middle 3 fingers. Actually I have neck and shoulder pain for past two years. And I have attended the session for two to three itself, I can feel relief of my neck pain and they have properly guided and proper physio and exercise to strengthen the core muscles it was much better improve the muscle pain.
