Very nice clinic and doctors. I had low back pain and stiffness. I came here and I have relief in my pain in 5-6 session. My doctor was Dr. Javeria shaikh she is very good with her work and knowledge and motivates to do the exercises.

I had been struggling with lower back pain for quite some time and at one point it became difficult for me to even sit comfortably or bear the weight of my upper body while sitting. Since it was affecting my ability to work comfortably, I was looking for a good physiotherapist. I came across FlexifyMe Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic through social media and decided to give it a try. I was assigned Dr. Priyanka Karande and my experience with her has been really positive so far. Dr. Priyanka understood my condition well and clearly explained the contributing factors and how the treatment would help. The treatment has been structured and personalised, focusing on improving my mobility, reducing pain and gradually strengthening my lower back. It has been only 6 sessions so far with her and I have experienced around 50–60% improvement in my pain and overall comfort. I can now sit comfortably and manage my office work, which was quite difficult earlier. I really appreciate Dr. Priyanka’s patience, skills, professionalism and the way she monitors my progress and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I’m still continuing with my sessions and hoping for further improvement.

I’ve had a very good experience with my physiotherapy treatment at the Flexify Vashi branch. Dr. Riya has been treating me and takes a personal interest in understanding each problem and planning the exercises accordingly. I also really appreciate the team approach. If Dr. Riya was busy, the other doctors stepped in and continued the treatment smoothly, especially Dr. Junaid. Their AI-based posture analysis is very detailed and helps in understanding posture-related issues clearly. The decompression machines for the spine and knees have also helped me a lot. Overall, the treatment feels personalised, professional and well coordinated. I’m very happy with the care I have received at Flexify Vashi.

Went for shoulder n neck pain and have had a very good experience. From consultation to therapy,everything was smooth and professional. Was assigned Dr jawaria and she has been extremely helpful and patient . She knows what she is doing and has good knowledge of all the treatments which are needed.
