I had a very good experience at FlexifyMe Physiotherapy Centre, Mulund West, after dealing with shoulder pain for almost 1.5 years.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Arshee for her detailed assessment during my first visit and for conducting my regular physiotherapy sessions. I truly appreciate her in-depth knowledge, experience, and understanding of the human body. She explained to me that simply treating the pain is not enough and that strength training of the affected muscles, along with physiotherapy, is important for long-term improvement.
Dr. Arshee has helped me considerably with trigger point release, cupping, and dry needling therapy. I particularly appreciate her approach of doing specific exercises before the session, which helps identify the exact movements and areas causing discomfort and allows the treatment to be more focused.
A special thanks to Dr. Omkar for his guidance and overall direction throughout the treatment.
What I really appreciate about Dr. Arshee is that she doesn't just perform the treatment—she explains the reason behind each technique and exercise, which gives you a much better understanding of your condition and recovery.
