I visited FlexifyMe Goregaon East because I had been dealing with knee pain for quite some time. I consulted Dr Roshani I really liked how patiently she listened to my concerns before starting the treatment. She explained what might be causing the discomfort and suggested a combination of physiotherapy and exercises. The sessions were comfortable, and she kept checking whether I was improving. I’ve noticed a gradual difference in my movement and daily activities. Overall, I had a good experience and found Dr. Roshani very approachable and professional.

Flexify me has given me confidence to move without fear. I have completed 8 sessions with Dr. Sufiya, she is an excellent person very polite and assessed my pain correctly with correct treatment. She takes care of her patients and gives ample time to hear me out.

I have booked 15 days Session for Treatment of Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a tissue band under the foot, often worse with the first steps in the morning). Through AI Analysis FLEXIFY on first day gave comprehensive assessment report w.r.t Posture findings. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Flexify and Dr. Manshi for my physiotherapy journey. She has been guiding me to correct my posture and focus on strengthening my glutes, quadriceps, and back through targeted exercises. This approach ensures that the load is properly distributed, rather than falling on my joints, ankles, and heels — which had earlier resulted in plantar fasciitis.
In the initial days, equipment-based therapy helped release the fascia, combined with hot-cold pad therapy and ultrasound treatment for my heel and ankle. Once the pain was managed, Dr. Manshi introduced functional training and strengthening exercises for my back, glutes, quadriceps, ankles, and feet.
I had tried other physiotherapy options earlier, but they didn’t help. Flexify’s structured program and Dr. Manshi’s expertise have made a real difference.
