I have had bad two hips and have had both my hips replaced in 1997 and very happy and pain free "As i had to replace them after 15 years,in 2013 but never got in to doing physiotherapy though suggested by my orthopedic surgeon Dr. Sanjay Agarwala, Head of National Hinduja Hospital, Mahim. whom i suggest always
Finally, I decided to go in for physiotherapy and was recommended a centre by a friend of mine. Though the centre was excellent it caters to over a hundred patients a day. I call it a factory and had been treated by numerous physiotherapists.
Anyway, I also signed up at Flexify in Khar West, almost Bandra. They are less crowded and after besides being treated by two other physiotherapists who were very good but left due to their personal reasons, I have now been assigned to a physiotherapist called Miss Ruhee Solkar.
I can say she is the best so far. Her communication and motivation skills are fantastic . I will happily complete my remaining twenty sessions under her expert guidance.
Hopefully, she has motivated me to be regular with my sessions with her and between sessions do a few if not all what she has showed with me.
