I had an excellent experience with FlexifyMe, Andheri West, and I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Calista for her knowledge, dedication, and approach to physiotherapy.
I was suffering from significant lower-back pain due to an L3-L4 disc bulge. I had consulted multiple doctors, and four of them recommended surgery. However, my physiotherapy team at FlexifyMe gave me confidence and asked me to trust the treatment for a month before considering surgery. I decided to give it a chance, and I’m extremely glad I did.
To my surprise, I started experiencing significant pain relief within the first two sessions. Their spinal decompression machine has been one of the best technologies I have experienced during physiotherapy.
What impressed me most about Dr. Calista is that she didn’t focus only on my lower back. She worked extensively on my hamstrings, calf muscles, mobility, and flexibility, understanding how these areas can support better overall movement and reduce strain around the spine.
Dr. Calista is extremely energetic, knowledgeable, hardworking, and passionate about what she does. She puts genuine effort and strength into every physiotherapy session, and you can feel that she is completely focused on helping you improve.
My personal experience has been extremely positive, and the improvement I’ve felt has been remarkable.

I was in lots of back pain when I joined Flexifyme in March 2026 & had a tilted body towards right side , I was under supervision of Dr Purvi, she was a great help , she took utmost care of me , she tried various exercises for me , I had difficulty in climbing stairs and getting up from floor , which is solved 100 % I still have issues with my back pain and tilted body ( Scoliosis ) which I have to exercise everyday , which was taught to me while I had enrolled. I took 30 sessions and than stopped as needed a break.
Dr Purvi was continuously with me while I would perform exercises, she was a great help.
I would recommend Flexifyme & Dr Purvi as a therapist to any one who has body pain.
