I was in lots of back pain when I joined Flexifyme in March 2026 & had a tilted body towards right side , I was under supervision of Dr Purvi, she was a great help , she took utmost care of me , she tried various exercises for me , I had difficulty in climbing stairs and getting up from floor , which is solved 100 % I still have issues with my back pain and tilted body ( Scoliosis ) which I have to exercise everyday , which was taught to me while I had enrolled. I took 30 sessions and than stopped as needed a break.
Dr Purvi was continuously with me while I would perform exercises, she was a great help.
I would recommend Flexifyme & Dr Purvi as a therapist to any one who has body pain.
