I visited Dr. Shaista Zabeen because of knee pain that had been affecting my walking and use of stairs. The problem had continued for several months, so I wanted to understand the reason behind it rather than simply manage the pain. She performed an AI Posture Analysis along with a physical assessment and explained the findings. My treatment involved strengthening exercises, mobility work, and manual therapy. She also showed me exercises that I could continue at home. Over the course of my sessions, my movement improved and the discomfort became much more manageable. Dr. Shaista is very professional and takes time to understand the patient's concerns.
